Raymond Blanc
Raymond’s restaurant at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons is amazing. They grow a lot of their own produce to use in the kitchen. The food is beautifully presented – art on a plate, and tastes divine. I was lucky enough to have a long conversation with Raymond and he is a delightful man, very knowledgeable, passionate about food and incredibly talented.
Mary Berry is a lovely lady who continues to produce delightful and delicious recipes.
Rick Stein has highlighted the value of locally sourced produce. He is really creative with his fish dishes and has a passion for food that shines through in abundance in his creativity in the kitchen.
Jamie Oliver’s schemes for schools inspired my own passionate beliefs in healthy eating for children; in addition he is a refreshing personality who has devised many easy to use recipes.
And of course…my children – a real source of fun and inspiration.
